Job Title: Accountant

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations in compliance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial reporting, and the ability to support the finance department in all accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update general ledger accounts
2. Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
3. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
4. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws (filing returns, maintaining proper records)
5. Assist in external and internal audits
6. Handle accounts payable and receivable
7. Monitor financial transactions
8. Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
9. Coordinate with management and external consultants as needed
10. Maintain accurate documentation and financial records
11. Manage stock inventory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus)
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws and reporting requirements
• Proficient in accounting software Tally
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
