We are currently recruiting for an Account Administrator - Transguard Workforce Solutions to join our Manpower and Mobilization team located at our HQ in Dubai.

Scope

The Administrator - WFS is responsible for supporting the Account Management Team in delivering HR services to assigned key accounts. This role works with the Manager – Workforce Solutions to ensure customer and employee expectations are exceeded through exceptional service delivery, while maintaining operations in line with standard operating procedures.

Financial
  • Update accurate salaries and bank details to ensure correct salary processing.
  • Submit cash requests, claims, and expenses promptly for passes and permits.
  • Maintain accuracy in visa, medical, and pass applications.
Customer
  • Collaborate with the account management team on transition planning for onboarding and offboarding projects.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of HR services such as recruitment, employment visas (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow processing, and ad hoc HR requests.
  • Align all tasks with the agreed SLA with the teams.
Process
  • Support weekly and monthly reports on administrative activities and status as required.
  • Follow SOPs, SWIs, and KPIs for each assigned account.
  • Understand how individual work schedules align with team schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with disciplinary issues in conjunction with client HR.
  • Maintain records of employees' lifecycle documents, passes, permits, medical insurance, etc.
Innovation
  • Manage data dumps and utilize reports to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and realize savings.
