  • Assist the Camp Boss in managing daily camp operations, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and issues promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle reservations and cancellations with precision, utilizing property management systems to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing personnel, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
  • Implement and monitor camp policies and procedures, ensuring adherence by all staff and guests.
  • Act as a liaison between the camp management and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports on camp operations and incidents, presenting findings to the Camp Boss for strategic decisions.
  • Assist in emergency response planning and execution, ensuring readiness for unforeseen situations.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety, conducting regular inspections and staff training to mitigate risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in camp management or hospitality roles, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
