Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare all rooms or beds for new arrival staff.
  2. Report all maintenance and repair requests to the Housing Supervisor or Team Leader.
  3. Conduct monthly inventory of furniture, fixtures, appliances, linens, cleaning materials, etc.
  4. Ensure proper key control measures are in place.
  5. Report any fire or safety hazards to the Housing Supervisor or Team Leader.
  6. Follow and recommend measures to minimize wastage of materials and amenities used in the accommodation.
  7. Provide assistance to P&Cas as required.
  8. Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and proper storage of all equipment as per the Accommodation Operations Manual.
  9. Perform special tasks as assigned.
  10. Report damaged or missing items to the General Cleaner Supervisor for action and follow-up.
  11. Keep all keys signed out securely and return them at the end of the shift to the designated in-charge.
  12. Ensure all team members enjoy a clean and hygienic environment within the accommodation.
  13. Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Housing Supervisor or Team Leader.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Housing or Housekeeping.
  • Knowledge of Excel is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
