We have an exciting opportunity for you as Accommodation Attendant to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As an Accommodation Attendant, you will assist the Human Resources team in managing all related functions to meet strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies and policies, with key duties such as:

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report to work on time in correct and clean uniform.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
  • Clean all common and public areas around the accommodation.
  • Prepare maintenance requests for repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Prepare rooms for new arriving colleagues.
  • Ensure that new colleagues' rooms are hygienic and in good condition.
  • Maintain an inventory of linen purchased for colleagues.
  • Manage the furniture store of the accommodation.
  • Report any complaints or concerns regarding the accommodation to the Accommodation Supervisor.
  • Report any misuse of equipment or FF&E to the HR Manager.
  • Perform any other accommodation or HR-related tasks as instructed by the HR Manager.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and high social skills.
  • Foster good inter-departmental relations.
  • Maintain a pleasant manner and positive attitude, promoting a good company image.
  • Display pride in the workplace and maintain a neat personal appearance.
  • Abide by company and hotel rules and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards at all times.
