Every day, you will be solving real world challenges and utilizing your product and engineering skills to design the best-in-class checkout experiences with and for our customers (PSPs, Gateways, Acquirers, ISV, Merchants). This role is responsible for leading the design of the User Experience and the Technical Integration for some of the key Mastercard global partners. The Digital Acceptance Solution Engineer will work with the global product, regional sales and delivery teams to ensure the organization successfully executes on the plan.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create customer driven Solution Proposals and Solution Designs for Mastercard partners (PSP/ ISV/ Merchants) to implement and scale acceptance products (Click To Pay, Secure Card on File, Passkeys, Tap to More, etc.) across different regions.
2. Lead the co-design of the checkout experience with the Mastercard Product Designers and the customers.
3. Lead the technical solution discovery and workshops with the customers to design best in class consumer experiences.
4. Be the voice of the customer to incorporate customer feedback in the global product roadmap.
5. Provide expert level product/technical support to customers implementing the solutions.
6. Liaise with the support organization to ensure key customer operational and support issues are managed effectively and the sales teams are adequately briefed on any issues.
7. Become a subject matter expert in Mastercard Acceptance products.

ALL ABOUT YOU

1. 5+ years of experience working as solution architect or product manager.
2. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or similar B.S. degree.
3. Experience supporting teams integrating APIs/SDKs or similar web-based technologies into existing systems.
4. Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering and UX designers.
5. Experience working in a B2B customer facing role.
6. Excellent communication and writing skills.
7. High attention to details, adaptable, executes with a sense of urgency.
8. Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
9. Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with limited direction.
10. Ready to work in a hands-on, multifaceted role, in a fast-paced environment.
11. Payment Industry experience is highly desirable.
12. Ability to travel.
