The Vice Principal serves as a member of the administrative team to provide professional leadership in organizing, administering, supervising, and evaluating a creative program. Responsibilities include academic oversight of Heads of Department, academic instruction, strategic planning for assessments, reviewing mark distributions, gradebooks, and student reports.

The school prefers experience with the American curriculum but will consider other curricula if the cultural fit and adaptability of teachers are suitable. The school caters mainly to local and Arab expatriate children, with gender separation after elementary level.
