We are looking for a data-driven Academic Operations Specialist to oversee student engagement, academic planning, retention, and scheduling while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of academic operations in an EdTech environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Management & Retention:
   1. Analyze student engagement, attendance, and academic performance to identify at-risk students.
   2. Develop and implement retention strategies using data insights to improve student success.
   3. Work closely with faculty and support teams to enhance student learning experiences.
2. Academic Planning & Scheduling:
   1. Create and optimize class schedules, faculty assignments, and academic calendars.
   2. Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and learning resources.
   3. Leverage data analytics to predict scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
3. Customer Satisfaction & Support:
   1. Act as the primary contact for student and parent queries, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
   2. Gather and analyze student feedback to drive improvements in academic services.
   3. Collaborate with customer support teams to address academic concerns effectively.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
   1. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
   2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track student performance, retention rates, and operational efficiency.
   3. Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement based on data analytics.
5. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
   1. Identify inefficiencies in academic operations and implement data-driven solutions.
   2. Ensure data accuracy and consistency while maintaining high-quality standards.
   3. Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance academic operations.

Qualifications

1. Must have experience in Ed Tech Industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to drive improvements.
4. Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
