Job summary

Confidential is seeking a graphic designer to craft engaging visual media across promotional posts, advertisements, and training materials, while maintaining the Academy's corporate identity. The role leverages the latest graphics software to deliver high-quality designs that meet brand standards.

You will develop innovative design concepts, prepare print-ready files, and collaborate with printers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Three to five years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Professional certifications in graphic design preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual assets for media, posts, layouts, and marketing materials.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite applications to produce high‑quality graphics.
• Create distinctive design concepts aligned with branding and trends.
• Prepare print-ready designs with RGB/CMYK, bleed and color specifications.
• Apply Color Theory to produce balanced, harmonious visuals.
• Revise designs based on manager feedback within deadlines.
• Determine asset sizes, placements, and typography for media materials.
• Export and save designs in required formats and prepare print files.
• Design brand identity elements like logos and business materials.
• Present visual concepts and rationales to the manager.
• Coordinate with external printers to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Suggest subscriptions to design asset platforms to access resources.
