Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field.
• Proven experience with a strong portfolio of motion graphics projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation, and video editing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and conceptualize visual ideas for motion graphics projects.
• Design and create compelling and innovative motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Edit and manipulate video footage, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless integration of motion graphics elements.
• Enhance and optimize video content for various platforms and resolutions.
• Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, and video producers, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing end product.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with project objectives.
• Communicate project progress and challenges effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Review and optimize motion graphics for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Implement feedback and revisions as necessary to meet project specifications.
