Job Description

• Relevant and appropriate teaching experience and preferably holds a Master’s in Education.
• Experience of no less than three cumulative years in educational leadership in the K-12 Curriculum or similar curriculum schools, where the candidate has held such positions as Principal or Vice Principal.
• Strong knowledge of current KHDA regulations.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of best practices locally and internationally in regards to Curriculum Development, teaching, learning, assessment, and quality improvement.
• Successful and motivational leadership, with an inclusive leadership style, and with experience of leading change.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of education, higher education, and the issues and challenges facing the sector.
