DX General Contracting LLC SPC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to install, troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems and handle electrical installations and general building upkeep.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment, drawing on 3–5 years of hands-on AC servicing and electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification, ITI or diploma in Electrical, HVAC or related technical field.
• Training or certifications in air conditioning, electrical installation, and general maintenance preferred.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in AC servicing, electrical works and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of single‑phase and three‑phase electrical systems, AC installations, fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems (split, packaged and ducted) to ensure efficient operation.
• Inspect and maintain electrical installations: lighting, switches, sockets, wiring, distribution boards and other components.
• Perform general building maintenance: minor plumbing, sanitary fittings, painting, carpentry, door repairs and other routine tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, identify and fix faults, replace defective components, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install service troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems including split package and ducted units ensuring efficient operation
• Carry out electrical installation inspection and maintenance of lighting switches sockets wiring distribution boards and other electrical components
• Perform general building maintenance including minor plumbing repairs sanitary fittings painting carpentry door repairs and other routine maintenance tasks
• Conduct preventive maintenance identify and rectify equipment faults replace defective components and ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently

Qualifications & Experience

• Vocational qualification, ITI, diploma or equivalent certification in Electrical, HVAC or a related technical field.
• Relevant training or certifications in air conditioning, electrical installation and general maintenance are preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in AC servicing, electrical works and general building maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of single-phase and three‑phase electrical systems, AC installations, fault diagnosis, equipment repairs and routine preventive maintenance.
