Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose AC system issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
3. Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerants, and testing system performance.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation and repairs.
5. Maintain accurate service records and report any issues or repairs needed.
6. Provide customers with advice on proper use and maintenance of AC systems.
7. Respond to emergency AC repairs and maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in real estate or facility management.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
3. Certification or training in HVAC systems and related fields.
