• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex air conditioning systems.
• Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of AC units.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing works as needed.

Job description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of split, window, package, and ducted AC units
• Basic refrigerant gas filling, pressure checking, leak detection, and servicing of chillers
• Troubleshooting AC and chiller system issues and carrying out preventive maintenance
• Basic electrical works (switches, sockets, lights, minor wiring)
• Basic plumbing works (leak fixing, fittings, drainage issues) Gypsum, carpentry, and minor civil repair works as required
• Responding to breakdown complaints and ensuring timely resolution
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and safety standards
