Job summary

Accor's Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a skilled General Technician to maintain and optimize our facility's operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

You will perform routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and kitchen equipment; troubleshoot issues, install and calibrate systems, and uphold safety standards with a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Familiarity with safety regulations governing facility operations.
• Ability to install, configure, and calibrate equipment to manufacturer specs.
• Excellent problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
