Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking an AC/MEP Technician with a UAE driving licence to install, inspect and repair air conditioning and related systems across sites. The successful candidate will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and handle emergency repairs with flexible hours.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC/MEP experience, strong communication skills, and a valid UAE license. A company vehicle and health insurance are provided as part of a permanent position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC/MEP technician experience.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of air duct cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours to handle emergencies and client requests.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, preserve and repair air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance hazards on equipment.
• Detect electrical and mechanical faults in heating and cooling systems.
• Clean, adjust and repair systems; perform warranty service.
• Clean blowers and coils; check belt and motor pressures.
• Adhere to service standards, work instructions and client needs.
• Assist with customer queries.
