Job summary

TXM Solutions in Dubai is seeking an experienced AC/HVAC Technician to join our growing air conditioning team. The role covers installation, servicing and maintenance on high-end residential and commercial projects across Dubai.

You will diagnose faults, work with VRF/VRV, DX, and split systems, and ensure safety and quality on site. UAE/GCC experience is preferred and you should be able to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
• Good knowledge of VRF/VRV and DX systems.
• Confident in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Experience with installation as well as maintenance.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

The company works across high-end residential and commercial projects, specialising in AC installations, replacements, servicing and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance and repair of AC/HVAC systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting
• Work with split, ducted split, package and VRF/VRV systems
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Refrigerant charging, leak testing and system commissioning
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Attend residential and commercial sites across Dubai

Requirements:

• Strong hands‑on experience as an AC/HVAC Technician
