Job summary

ieteam seeks a commercially minded person based in Abu Dhabi to identify, pursue and materialize business opportunities for international clients. This hands-on, market-facing role requires being on the ground in the UAE, making calls and building relationships to open doors for clients.

The ideal candidate has native Spanish and advanced English, with Arabic as an advantage, plus strong commercial drive, organizational skills and persistence to follow up opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native Spanish with advanced English proficiency; Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• Strong commercial drive and a proactive approach to business development.
• Spontaneity, flexibility and confidence when engaging with new people and situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently plan and prioritize work.
• Persistence and resourcefulness, with the ability to identify opportunities and follow up consistently.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, consulting or market research is an advantage.
