Job description

The Assistant Manager is a multifaceted role that combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. The role includes overseeing daily store operations, such as opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency across all store processes. Assistant Managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are also talent leaders, responsible for recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to bring their best selves daily to create an inclusive environment of belonging for their team and customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will build upon their initial foundation and have opportunities to grow into future store leaders.
