This position reports to

Talent Acquisition Team Lead (MEA)

Your role and responsibilities

You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program, with different rotations focused on developing inside sales, marketing, operations, finance, project management leadership skills, and ABB product knowledge. You will complete the rotational program within one of ABB’s Business Areas (Electrification, Motion, Process Automation, Robotics & Discrete Automation). You will attend an orientation session to explore more about ABB and join the community of global Discovery participants. This global program is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to guide you throughout your journey. The work model for this role is onsite, based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your responsibilities include:

• Learning about yourself and ABB’s global business
• Engaging with ABB leaders, including rotation managers and mentors, who will help you develop technical and leadership skills
• Aspiring to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars
• Demonstrating curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projects
• Delivering on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.

Qualifications for the role

• Fresh Graduate in Engineering discipline or Finance who has completed university studies before the start of the program
• Desire to learn and grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Great organizational skills
• Must have authorization to work in UAE.
