Posh Abaya, a leading brand in modest fashion, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Sharjah branch.

This role requires prior experience in fashion retail—preferably in Abaya sales within the UAE or GCC—and a strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and in-store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and store presentation
• Support clients with product selection, styling, and informed recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash securely
• Maintain stock organization and participate in basic inventory duties
• Follow operational procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team and management regarding customer needs and feedback

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of experience in fashion retail, including at least 1–2 years in abaya sales
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency preferred
• Comfortable using basic technology (POS, Excel, etc.)
• Flexible to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
• Based in Sharjah or willing to relocate
• Reliable, customer-focused, and committed to continuous learning
