What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual package, including basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, and layover and meal allowances. You can earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free per year based on 75 hours of flying per month. Salary increments are based on performance, with additional benefits including:

The Role

• Conduct flights in accordance with the flight plan, SOPs, and Captain's instructions; notify the Captain of any changes when not at the controls.
• Assist the Captain with administrative duties related to the flight.
• Ensure the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous checks on geographical position, terrain, and weather.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways.

What You’ll Bring

To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.
• At least 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jets.
• 500 hours on one of the A320 Family aircraft.
• Recent experience flying Airbus FBW within the last 12 months.
• Valid Type rating on A320 with at least 2 months remaining at the time of joining.
• Current and unrestricted ICAO ATPL; Frozen ATPL is not accepted unless held by a UAE citizen.
• Current on A320 aircraft.
• Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.
• Maximum age of 50 years.
• English fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or better.
• For hours accumulated with inflight relief, 75% of the hours count towards minimums.
• Experience with Glass Cockpit aircraft with FMS and APFDS.
