What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual package including basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, and layover and meal allowances. You can earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free annually based on 75 flying hours per month. Salary increments are based on performance, and additional benefits include:

The Role

• Conduct flights in compliance with current flight plans, SOPs, and Captain's instructions. Notify the Captain of any changes when not at the controls.
• Assist the Captain with administrative duties related to the flight as requested.
• Ensure the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining independent checks on position, terrain, and weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways.

What You’ll Bring

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2500 total flying hours
• At least 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jets
• 500 hours on one of the A320 Family aircraft
• Recent flying experience on Airbus FBW within the last 12 months
• Valid type rating on A320 with at least 2 months remaining at the time of joining
• ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL (Frozen ATPL not accepted unless held by a UAE citizen)
• Current on A320
• Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical
• Maximum age of 50 years
• English language proficiency Level 4 or better
• For hours accumulated with inflight relief, 75% of total hours count towards minimums
• Experience with glass cockpit aircraft with FMS and APFDS
