Job Description

What we offer:
We offer a competitive annual package, including basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, layover and meal allowances. Earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free per annum based on 75 hours of flying per month. Salary increments are based on performance, along with additional benefits such as:

The Role

• Conduct flights in compliance with current flight plans, SOPs, and Captain's instructions; notify Captain of any changes upon their return.
• Assist the Captain with administrative duties related to the flight.
• Ensure safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous checks on geographical position, terrain, and weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2500 hours of total flying time.
• At least 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jets.
• 500 hours on Airbus A320 Family aircraft.
• Recent experience (within last 12 months) flying any Airbus FBW aircraft.
• Valid type rating on A320 for at least 2 months at the time of joining.
• Current ICAO unrestricted ATPL (Frozen ATPL not accepted unless held by a UAE citizen).
• Current on A320 aircraft.
• Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate.
• Maximum age of 50 years.
• English language proficiency Level 4 or better.

Additional Notes

Hours accumulated with inflight relief are counted at 75% towards minimum requirements.
