Job summary

Hilton in Dubai seeks a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations and safety across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

You will respond to guest calls and team requests, perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry tasks, assist with preventive maintenance, and document all inspections and repairs for ongoing safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Support hotel facility maintenance Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders

• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
