About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Officer – Talent Management and Employee Relations. This role plays a key part in driving employee engagement, performance, and compliance across the university.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the performance review process to ensure alignment with institutional goals and support employee growth.

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities and career progression.

  • Foster a positive work culture through regular feedback mechanisms and engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure fair and lawful resolution of employee issues while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Develop and update HR policies to reflect best practices and support operational consistency.

  • Oversee visa processes to ensure timely and compliant handling of employee and student documentation.

  • Manage smooth and respectful offboarding procedures, ensuring proper documentation and exit formalities.

  • Issue accurate and timely experience certificates to departing employees as part of the offboarding process.

  • Coordinate security clearance procedures to meet institutional and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in higher education or a similar sector.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
