Job summary

Grant Thornton UAE is seeking interns to empower teams across Assurance, Advisory and Tax, delivering client impact from day one within a global firm that values community and growth. Join a large professional services practice with local expertise and a collaborative culture.

As an Intern you’ll assist in conducting audits, advisory and tax projects, review financial statements, support client reports and presentations, and build foundational knowledge of audit, advisory and tax principles.

Qualifications

• GPA of at least 3.0 and strong academic record.
• Basic understanding of audit, advisory and tax concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus.
• UAE family book required.
• Start date in December or January, with a fixed end date in May.

About the Service line

Assurance (External Audit)

Our Audit & Assurance teams work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from SMEs to multinational and listed entities. As an intern, you’ll gain exposure to financial reporting, risk assessment, audit methodologies, and advanced audit tools

As an Intern some of your responsibilities will include:
