Job summary

Woopel in Dubai seeks an experienced Sommelier for a luxury 5-star hotel. You will provide outstanding beverage service, recommend wines and other beverages, and support restaurant and bar guests with personalized suggestions.

Candidates should have thorough knowledge of international wines, beer, spirits, and mixology, plus excellent customer service and inventory handling. Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced luxury setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a sommelier or wine steward in a 5-star hotel setting.
• Working knowledge of international wines, beer, spirits, and mixology.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to recommend the ideal beverage selection for guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience handling inventory is preferred.
