Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling 3D visualizations for exhibition stands, event spaces, and temporary structures using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D).
- Develop mood boards, floor plans, renderings, and technical drawings for presentations and production.
- Work closely with project managers, account executives, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with budgetary and logistical constraints.
- Translate client briefs into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to integrate branding and digital elements.
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required to gather information or oversee implementation.
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and technology in the event and exhibition industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in exhibition and event design (agency or freelance experience accepted).
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of spatial design, architecture, and visitor flow.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D design work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AR/VR tools or real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in event and exhibition design.
