Job summary

BIDLLC, a multidisciplinary firm in the UAE, seeks a creative 3D & 2D Designer with architectural modeling and 2D CAD drafting experience. The candidate will prepare production-ready designs and leveraging AI tools to enhance renders and ideas.

Responsibilities include creating precise models/drawings, coordinating with project teams, and exploring new AI technologies to improve quality and speed. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant 2D/3D design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent software.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, scale models, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and AI-assisted rendering tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Prepare technical drawings, fabrication files, design concepts, and presentation renders.
• Use AI tools to enhance renders, generate design ideas, and improve workflow efficiency.

• Coordinate with project managers and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Review design revisions and prepare necessary technical documentation.
