Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant – (Sales & Business Development)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full recruitment cycle including client engagement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new clients to build a strong and diverse portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates through various sourcing methods—LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and database.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and regional offices to share market insights and candidate data.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws; maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance recruitment and sales skills.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of UAE experience in sales, business development and 360 recruitment.
  • Strong client-facing skills with ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
