- Identify, target, and acquire new customers in the oil & gas, metals, and steel sectors to expand the company’s business portfolio.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to customers, offering tailored solutions that meet their project requirements.
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing, including preparing technical proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure timely project delivery and coordination.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to stay ahead in the market.
- Support negotiations and manage terms to meet both company and client needs.
- Assist in resolving any technical or logistical issues during project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the oil & gas or steel manufacturing / trading industry.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and persistent with a “never give up” attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- UAE driving license is preferable.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
