The IT Coordinator acts as the primary bridge between the Office of Information Technology and the University's end-users, facilitating clear communication and efficient service delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring the reliable performance of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and user support services. A key responsibility includes managing the IT HelpDesk to guarantee timely responses and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests. The IT Coordinator also maintains accurate documentation, enforces compliance with IT policies and standards, and supports the continuous improvement of IT processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent degree.
