PJT Partners in Dubai invites applications for an Off-Cycle Analyst Intern position. You will contribute to financial analysis, client presentations and due diligence across sell-sides, acquisitions and private placements, joining the team from January 2027 for a six-month period.

The program offers involvement in negotiations, attendance at internal and client meetings, and exposure to industries including technology, energy and real estate.

Program Description

In September 2024, PJT Partners Inc. acquired deNovo Partners, a leading advisory firm focused on the Middle East and headquartered in Dubai to continue to expand our global footprint. The Advisory group is one of the most experienced investment banking teams in the industry, and has been involved in some of the largest, most complex transactions of the past twenty years. Our global team focuses on a diverse set of industries, including technology, media & telecommunications, energy, power & utilities, oil & gas, industrials, healthcare, and real estate, gaming & lodging. The Off-Cycle Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to work across the Strategic Advisory Group in Dubai, from January - June 2027.

Responsibilities

Off-Cycle Analyst Interns will work on a wide range of transactions including sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, private placements and leveraged buyouts. Off-Cycle Analysts are expected to be involved in the development, structuring and financing of transactions and will have the opportunity to attend internal and client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.

Requirements

To be considered for the 2027 January Off-Cycle Analyst Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time university student or a recent graduate
• Graduation date between June 2026 - June 2027
• Arabic language preferred but not mandatory
• Available to start from January 2027
• CV must include expected graduation month/year and grades
