Job summary

PJT Partners in Dubai is seeking an Off-Cycle Analyst Intern to support the Advisory group from January 2027 through June 2027. You will work across sell-sides, acquisitions, and private placements, contributing to financial analysis, modeling, and client presentations while attending internal and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time university student or a recent graduate.
• Graduation date between June 2026 - June 2027.
• Arabic language preferred but not mandatory.

The Off-Cycle Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to work across the Strategic Advisory Group in Dubai, from January - June 2027.

Responsibilities:

Off-Cycle Analyst Interns will work on a wide range of transactions including sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, private placements and leveraged buyouts.Off-Cycle Analysts are expected to be involved in the development, structuring and financing of transactions and will have the opportunity to attend internal and client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.

Off-Cycle Analyst Interns work will include:

• Financial analysis and modeling
• Drafting of client presentations
• Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use
• Conducting financial and other business-related research
• Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
