Qualifications

Job Summary

Caterpillar offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and dealer‑facing digital solutions. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to digital technologies, business process improvement, project management, and data‑driven decision making.

Working within a team responsible for dealer digital products and digital transformation initiatives, the intern will support projects focused on customer adoption, business process optimization, digital solution deployment, and operational excellence. This role offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with business, technical, and dealer stakeholders while developing foundational skills.

What You Will Do

Program Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a completed bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of professional experience
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Available for a full‑time 12‑month internship.
• Must be willing & able to travel
