A leading financial firm seeks a Client Services Data team member to produce and maintain investor materials. Overview of the Role
We are searching for a detail-oriented and numeric team player to join the Client Services Data team, sitting within the global Client Partnership Group. The role will involve working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting strategic priorities with a high degree of visibility to many areas of the business, including the global Investment Professionals team and senior management.
The successful candidate will support the Capital Formation team’s fundraising/sales and investor engagement efforts by producing and maintaining fund-related materials for current and prospective investors, while responding to ad-hoc requests accurately and promptly. This role offers exposure to a broad range of strategies and fund structures and is suited to individuals who are highly adaptable, numerically confident, and eager to learn
Overview & Responsibilities
Investor and Prospect Marketing Materials
Maintain and update a suite of standardised fund materials, including:
Performance and risk reports
Newsletters and fund commentaries
Regulatory and financial reporting
Produce new bespoke material based on investor and prospect needs
Work across functions (Compliance, Risk, Legal, Fund Control, and Investment Professionals) to obtain and coordinate information in order to prepare new materials
Respond to questions from the coverage team and manage the investor relations inbox
Respond to fund related ad-hoc requests and questions from the Capital Formation team accurately and promptly
Exposure to responding to investor and counterparty queries via the investor relations mailbox
In addition to the core responsibilities above, the individual will be expected to work on a number of simultaneous tasks and projects in order to add value to the team e.g.:

Update the firm website
Support Projects such as new fund launches
help implement and streamline internal workflows to improve reporting and efficiency
Collaborate with developers to build automation tools, including ownership of smaller projects, in order to streamline data reporting to reduce errors/increase efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
Final year of an undergrad / master’s degree at a recognised University and on course for a minimum of a 2:1 / 3.5 GPA – completed and awarded before August 2025
A bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Finance, Economics or STEM related field, along with a strong academic background
Numerate and financial background with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications (primarily Excel)
Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work effectively in an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment. There will be multiple shifting priorities and deliverables for numerous team members and clients
Strong interpersonal / communication skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated, proactive
Ability to perform well under pressure
Data and detail oriented
Relevant work experience. Experience working on producing client materials for financial institutions
Adobe InDesign knowledge
Experience using a CRM
