Job summary

Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai invites UAE Nationals to join its two-year Sales Programme, a full-time path designed to develop Emirati sales professionals through classroom learning, on-the-job training and coaching.

Participants gain hands-on experience across the complete sales lifecycle, including customer engagement, consultative selling, negotiation, account management and pipeline development, while working with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• UAE nationality is required.
• Age 18–30 years.
• Very good English communication (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work full-time in a 9‑hour shift.
• Motivated to start a career in sales and learn across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom learning, on‑the‑job rotations and mentoring.
• Engage with customers during simulations and real sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organisation.
• Demonstrate proactive learning and professional development.
• Support programme objectives and DWTC business exposure.
