Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) invites UAE Nationals to join a two-year, full-time Hospitality Training Programme designed to develop Emirati professionals through structured learning and practical experience across Food & Beverage Service, guest care, and operations. You will rotate across functions, receive coaching, and gain exposure to world-class exhibitions and international events.

• Nationality: UAE Nationals with valid UAE passport or equivalent.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Education: High School Certificate or Diploma.
• Language: Very good English communication.
• Availability: Full-time employment; willing to work 9-hour shifts including shift work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured two-year learning and development journey.
• Rotate across F&B service, food hygiene, customer care and guest operations.
• Engage in coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
• Represent DWTC professionally in exhibitions and events.
