American University Of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), Department Of Civil And Infrastructure Engineering, Invites Applications For An Adjunct Faculty Position Beginning In Fall 2025 (August). Candidates For This Position Must Hold a Ph.D In Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering). The Successful Candidate Is Expected To Have Sufficient Credentials To Be Able To Teach The Following Courses

  • Geotechnical Engineering
  • Geotechnical Engineering Lab.
  • Foundation Engineering
  • Sustainability in Engineering
  • Surveying Lab.

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • University teaching experience.
  • Strong record of active engagement in research and scholarship, including recent publications.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellence in teaching, including the use of high-impact educational practices.
