Job summary
A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking an experienced B2B Telemarketer to join their remote team in South Africa. You will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting for various clients. Candidates must have proven experience in telemarketing, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Google Suite. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals eager to make a significant impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and HubSpot CRM.
- Clear, confident, and professional phone presence with fluent English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple campaigns.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to generate qualified leads and book appointments.
- Follow up with prospects to move them along the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaign strategy.
- Track activity and outcomes using HubSpot and Google Suite tools.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to the team.
