Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Zoho applications and a strong background in implementation and customization.
Responsibilities
Implement, customize, and optimize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho People, and other relevant tools.
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation using Zoho solutions.
Advise clients on best practices for Zoho system integration and workflow automation.
Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Zoho solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho-related issues.
Stay updated with Zoho product updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or similar role.
Strong understanding of Zoho applications and their implementation.
Experience with Zoho API integrations and workflow automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
Certification in Zoho applications is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with third-party integrations and API development.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and ERP systems.
