A leading company is seeking a Zoho Consultant & Business Solutions Advisor to guide clients through the Zoho ecosystem. The role involves providing expert advice, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates should have proficiency in Zoho One applications, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and client management.
The Zoho Consultant & Business Solutions Advisor is responsible for guiding new clients through the Zoho ecosystem ensuring they understand how Zoho applications align with their business needs. This role involves providing expert advice conducting demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) and successfully transitioning clients from leads to closed deals. The candidate will be accountable for achieving quarterly sales and implementation targets while maintaining a consultative approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Zoho Consulting & Business Solutioning
Assess client needs and recommend tailored Zoho One solutions that align with their business objectives.
Provide strategic advisory services on how Zoho applications can optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
Guide clients through the solution selection implementation planning and decisionmaking process .
2. Sales and Client Onboarding
Transition leads into qualified deals ensuring a smooth journey through the sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets by driving conversions and securing new business.
Work closely with the sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover from presales to deployment .
3. Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) Development
Conduct compelling Zoho One product demonstrations for prospective clients articulating technical solutions in businessfriendly language.
Build and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase Zohos capabilities in realworld applications.
Adapt presentations based on client requirements industry use cases and business needs.
4. Relationship Management & Customer Success
Build strong trustbased relationships with clients ensuring longterm engagement and retention.
Provide ongoing advisory support postsale to help clients maximize their Zoho investment.
Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities based on client growth and evolving needs.
5. Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on Zohos latest features integrations and industry trends .
Conduct regular research on competitor solutions and market positioning to enhance client recommendations.
Continuously refine Zoho solution strategies to align with evolving customer needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through lead conversion.
POC & Demo Effectiveness Maintain a 75 success rate in converting POCs and demos into deals.
Client Satisfaction & Retention Ensure a 90 customer satisfaction rating postsale.
LeadtoDeal Conversion Rate Successfully transition at least 50 of qualified leads into closed deals.
Product Knowledge & Certifications Stay current with Zoho certifications and product updates
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications :
Proficiency in Zoho One applications and their role in business digital transformation.
Strong business analysis and solutioning capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagements.
Ability to present complex technical solutions in an easytounderstand manner .
Experience in sales presales consulting or business advisory roles.
Strong demonstration and POC development skills .
Ability to meet and exceed sales and client engagement targets .
