- Minimum 1-year previous administration experience (Essential)
- Matric/Equivalent (Essential)
- 12 months Tenure within Teleperformance (Essential)
- Recruitment experience (Advantage)
- Performance to be “met expectation” or “exceeded expectation”
- Clear disciplinary actions on BMS
- 3 Months positive QA scores (Essential)
- Jump Recruitment (Essential)
- This is an acting role to cover maternity

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- To act as the “Hub” for candidates and the wider business to provide a high-quality and timely administrative service, in an environment where each interaction matters.
- Supporting with the delivery of recruitment requirements within agreed timelines.
- Candidate management with regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, including video calls for document verification.
- All relevant administrative processes to be completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency at all times.
- Ensuring identity and eligibility to work documents are produced by all candidates and verified prior to making an offer of employment, data entry.
- Maintaining the recruitment database, ensuring it remains up to date and adheres to GDPR regulations to support periodic auditing for compliance.
- Probity – Processing background checks such as Adverse Credit, Criminal Checks, and Employment History checks.
- Building and developing positive and useful relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, including Training, HR Admin, Operational Managers, and other recruitment team members, across South Africa, United Kingdom, and Northern Ireland.
- End to end auditing of internal employee files.
- Providing regular reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Excellent telephone skills with the ability to handle queries in a helpful and supportive manner.
- Proactive approach and the ability to initiate change where required.
- Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing and multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and regard for accuracy in data entry skills.
- Strong IT skills with experience of in-house systems.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with change in a fast-paced environment.
