Sporty Group is seeking a ZA HR Lead to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields with at least 4 years of HR experience, particularly in the tech or fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal and compliance knowledge, and will play a key advisory role in employee relations and HR practices.

With a diverse team of over high achievers, we are always looking for talented individuals to drive our growth and innovate for our users.Responsibilities : Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding, offboarding, probation cycles, performance management, and communication with employees.Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that directly align with and support the organization's overall business objectives and strategic goals in South Africa.Working with the Finance team on all payroll activities.Run monthly HR reporting on headcount, turnover and employee satisfaction.Maintain HRIS and personnel records in compliance with POPIA and global data policies and requirements.Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, internet, etc.
