We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on YouTube & Podcast Marketing Manager to take the lead in expanding our audience through video, audio, and digital content. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of branded content—from podcast guest booking to YouTube SEO to social promotion—turning every episode into a growth opportunity.

If you’re equal parts marketer and content strategist with strong instincts for what performs online, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead the end-to-end guest pipeline for our podcast: outreach, scheduling, communication
  • Develop and execute YouTube strategies that prioritize SEO, thumbnails, retention, and engagement
  • Run organic and paid campaigns on social media to promote content across platforms
  • Create branded assets in Canva or Photoshop for video, podcast, and social channels
  • Write and distribute weekly newsletters to engage and grow our subscriber base
  • Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback; iterate content strategy accordingly
  • Manage HubSpot CRM data and reporting tied to campaign performance

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years in content marketing, podcast growth, or digital media
  • Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast discoverability
  • Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working independently across projects in a remote team
