About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Youth Soccer Development Officer to contribute to the growth of youth soccer programs in Welkom . This role is crucial in fostering a love for the sport among young players, developing their skills, and promoting fair play and sportsmanship. You will work with coaches, parents, and local clubs to implement effective training methodologies and create pathways for talented young athletes. Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of age-appropriate soccer training programs for youth players.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer coaches, ensuring they adhere to club philosophy and safety standards.
• Organize and manage youth soccer leagues, tournaments, and development camps.
• Conduct player assessments and provide feedback to help players identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with parents and guardians regarding player development, team activities, and program updates.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation, skill development, and enjoyment of soccer.
