Job summary

Placements24 in Canada is seeking an energetic Youth Program Facilitator to lead engaging activities and mentoring sessions for youth participants, fostering personal growth, skill development and positive social engagement within the community.

You will design and deliver age-appropriate programs, assess participant progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with coordinators to ensure program effectiveness and broad community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with youth, education, social work, or a related field.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and group management skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and educational activities for young people.
• A genuine passion for youth development and supporting the Charity & Voluntary sector.
• Knowledge of adolescent psychology is advantageous, particularly within the local context.
