• Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative.
• Aged between 18 and 29
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must reside close to the workplace area
• Must not have a criminal record.
• Must be able to start employment on 1 May.
• Highest Qualification: Grade 12 (Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage)

Responsibilities

1. Event Activation: Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including company gatherings, trade shows, and promotional events. Ensure branding and promotional materials are available and set up at events. Coordinate logistics, supplier communication, and on-the-ground activities. Support post-event evaluations and reporting.
2. Stock Management: Monitor and manage marketing stock, including promotional items, corporate gifts, and branded clothing. Track inventory levels, ensure adequate stock, maintain organized storage, and coordinate distribution. Manage procurement of brand collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
3. Order Processing: Liaise with suppliers to order branded clothing and promotional materials. Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt. Work with finance to manage purchase orders and payments.
4. Administrative Support: Record meeting minutes, organize invoices, maintain marketing records and databases, and assist with general administrative tasks. Support marketing campaigns and branding initiatives, and prepare reports and presentations. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
5. Project Coordination: Coordinate marketing and brand projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
