Yellow Seed - Graphic Designer

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
• Proficiency in multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Knowledge of e-learning development tools and platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A passion for educational design and a desire to make a positive impact in the field.

What you will be doing:

As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our learning materials and corporate branding to life. Your work will include:

• Corporate Workbook Designs: Crafting professional, visually engaging workbooks for our learning programs.
• Social Media Content: Designing compelling graphics that capture attention across various platforms.
• Infographics: Transforming complex concepts into clear, digestible visuals.
• Board Games & Activity Design: Adding a creative edge to our learning interventions through gamification.
• Learning Material Design: Developing engaging and user-friendly training materials.
